We provide legal services based on two main remuneration models:

Contractual fee

The contractual fee is agreed between you and the solicitor. Unlike a fixed tariff fee set by law, the contractual fee offers various options for tailoring payment terms. It can be agreed as an hourly rate, a flat fee for complete handling of a matter, for a specified period, a percentage-based fee linked to the outcome, or another form of tariff fee differing from the standard rate. This flexible approach allows us to find the most suitable payment method for each client and legal matter.

Tariff fee

The tariff fee is set according to current legislation, specifically Decree No. 655/2004 Coll. This means you pay for each individual action the solicitor undertakes in your case, such as drafting a claim, attending a court hearing, filing an appeal, and so forth. The fee for each action is precisely defined in the aforementioned decree. To give you a clear idea of costs, we will always gladly inform you of the exact tariff fee for your specific situation. This way, you will know exactly what expenses to expect depending on the legal steps taken.
